Brandi Bartell

Brandi Bartell was born and raised in the small town of Clinton, Indiana. After graduating from Indiana State University with a Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Brandi moved to Springfield where she began her 9-year career with Phoenix Home Care & Hospice. The purpose of this unique home health care agency has always been to help people find their New Beginning after life events such as illness, accident, or aging has caused significant lifestyle change. Brandi has invested nine years packaging and sharing that message as the Director of Public Relations. She understands the power of branding and developing emotional linkage with those who ride for the brand. She leads this initiative within multiple locations across three states.

When Brandi isn’t working on growing the company’s brand, she is building her brand as mom with her son, Emmett, and wife with husband, Sam. Life is a grand adventure.

Empower Your Leadership Skills with BIT

Great horsemen know the part of the tack referred to as the bit is merely a communication tool. It is the mouthpiece of the bridle, and it cues the horse to do what the rider expects. The respectful rider uses the bit as a finessing apparatus, guiding and coaching along the journey.

Great leaders need a bit to create willing, engaged, and accountable followers. Long leadership retreats are swiftly vanishing and blocking out a 72-hour session isn’t feasible for most people. Using a free subscription vlog model, bit delivers timely leadership lessons in small bites.

Renowned author and leadership coach Terri Tucker takes us on a journey of learning each week, deep diving into the skills necessary to become the legacy leader you aspire to become.
